Return and Refund Policy
We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you received your shipment to return for a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need an approved return authorization form.
To receive authorization for a return, you must email sourcing@suffolkdance.com with your order number and reason for return. If your return is accepted, the authorization form will be emailed to you and must be included in your return shipment. If a return is received without an authorization form, it will be returned to the sender.
Please note that all discounted merchandise and all tights are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges. All returns should be shipped to the following address at the receiver's expense:

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on tights due to sanitary reasons. All discounted apparel items are final sale and not eligible for exchanges or returns.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once the return is processed at our facilities, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 2-3 business days for our team to process your refund. Refunds may take an additional 3-5 business days to appear in your account once they have been initiated. With few exceptions, shipping fees are not eligible to be refunded.
